Neutral infrastructure for recording business interactions.
TrustEmporium allows businesses to record and query interaction events without judgments, scores, or enforcement.
What TrustEmporium is
TrustEmporium is a neutral record-keeping and query system used by businesses to document real interactions and reference historical records when needed.
It does not evaluate people, assign reputations, or recommend decisions. It preserves reported events as they were recorded and makes them available only through pull-based access.

- Preserves historical records without alteration or deletion
- Allows authenticated businesses to query records when needed
- Supports voluntary resolution indicators without erasing history
What TrustEmporium does not do
- Does not score or rate people
- Does not assign reputations
- Does not recommend actions
- Does not enforce outcomes
- Does not notify individuals
- Does not make acceptance or rejection decisions
Who TrustEmporium is for
TrustEmporium is designed for businesses that need a neutral way to document and reference interaction history.
It is not a consumer product, a public review platform, or a decision engine.
Business access & automation
Registered businesses may access detailed records and, if they choose, use optional client-side tools to interpret records within their own systems.
Any interpretation, automation, or decision logic is defined and controlled entirely by the business using its own software or plugins.
TrustEmporium does not participate in or influence those decisions.
Records shown in TrustEmporium are reported by individual businesses. TrustEmporium does not verify, evaluate, summarize, or interpret reports and does not determine outcomes.
